1. Our marks
"OnyxDine", "Onyx Enterprises", "Aria" (as used for our ordering assistant), the six-facet hexagon logo and related names and designs are trademarks of Onyx Enterprises, whether or not registered. Product and plan names (Lite, Pro, Max) are used as marks in connection with the Service.
2. What you can do without asking
- Say truthfully that your restaurant uses OnyxDine ("Powered by OnyxDine", "We run on OnyxDine").
- Use the name in plain text to refer to the product in articles, reviews, comparisons and documentation.
- Display the "Order with OnyxDine" badge or QR card designs we provide, unmodified, on your tables, website and social media.
- Link to onyxdine.com.
3. What needs written permission
- Using our logo in your own logo, app icon, product name or domain name.
- Using our marks in advertising that suggests we endorse or partner with you beyond being a customer.
- Merchandise, printed materials for sale, or co-branded campaigns.
- Any use by resellers, integrators or agencies. Email hello@onyxdine.com, subject "Trademark".
4. What you may not do
- Alter the logo's colours, proportions, facet order or letterforms, or add effects to it.
- Register domain names, social handles or business names containing "OnyxDine" or confusingly similar terms.
- Use our marks in a way that is misleading, disparaging, or associates us with content that violates the Abuse Policy.
- Present a competing product as OnyxDine or use our marks as keywords to divert customers deceptively.
5. Logo files
Approved logo files and usage rules are in the brand kit. Use the versions there; don't redraw or screenshot them.
6. Reporting misuse
